Cardio Fusion is a high-energy class that fuses the best of low- and high-impact aerobic, yoga and pilates moves. Appropriate and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Looks like the rain isn’t going away, but Cardio Fusion is still on! Join us INDOORS today at 5:30pm for class with Felipe. We’ll be cozy dancing up our own storm inside the Sarasota Garden Club (1131 Boulevard of the Arts). Hope to see you there!
