Tips for an enjoyable visit:
- The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL 34236.
- Bring a chair to ensure a comfortable seat.
- Free public parking is located along Blvd of Arts, Van Wezel way, in front of the Van Wezel, and in front of the Blue Pagoda (655 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota). Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
- Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
- Keep pets on a leash.
- This event will happen Rain or Shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
- Chairs will only be provided if the event is held indoors.
