Fitness at The Bay

All you need is a mat and a willingness to have some fun. Willie will provide a full body workout that is designed to challenge you at whatever level of fitness you’re currently at, while sprinkling in some fun, energy and community interaction. Grab a friend and enjoy 60 minutes of me-time.
