The Bay Park Brings Local Yogis Together for New Program, Namaste at The Bay
This free, weekly program featuring Sarasota’s beloved Yogis
The Bay Park Conservancy (BPC) invites all to attend a newly launched program series called Namaste at The Bay – free, weekly outdoor yoga classes held on Saturday mornings at 9am.
Running every Saturday morning through June 25th, the weekly hour-long program is held outdoors on Civic Green and is taught by an assortment of health and wellness providers from local and private studios, including Claudia Baeza, Jessica DiLorenzo, Meg Metcalf, Kristen Musolino, Petra Ratner, Michelle Roy, and Kara Saunders.
This program comes along with a stream of free programs presented by The Bay designed for all ages and interests. Programs like namaste at The Bay are possible due to the contributions made by Community Foundation of Sarasota County and The Bay Conservancy’s Founding Business Partners program (FBP). Namaste at The Bay classes begin at 9am on Saturday mornings on Civic Green ( 801 N. Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL, 34236).
