Phase 1: January 2 Update

While the eastern quarter-mile of the Mangrove Walkway is under construction, please expect some occasional closures to the path. Coming up, from January 4-9, we will temporarily close the northern entrance of the Bayou Bridge for some tie-in work that needs to be done to the walkway. In addition, as part of our ongoing environmental education program at the park, a camera was recently installed in the osprey nest so that our community will have the chance to watch the upcoming nesting season. We’re excited to watch our resident osprey family come back to nest and watch their family grow and we’ll post the link once it’s live.
