The Y: Bootcamp
Tuesdays
Enjoy a 45–minute workout using body weight exercises to improve your strength and conditioning!
Under the watchful eye of one of The Y’s trained fitness professionals, and through a series of well–designed circuits, you will work at building muscle, reducing body fat, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Be prepared for push-ups and planks!
Please bring a Mat or Towel, and water bottle for hydration.
