This low impact cardiovascular class includes resistance training that is great for active seniors and beginners! This total body conditioning class spotlights the core muscles – including the abs, glutes & more! Using innovative body weight exercises, you’ll grow the muscles that make you strong, keep you safe, support your posture and balance, and prepare you for movements of everyday life!
This event will happen Rain or Shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
