This low impact cardiovascular class includes resistance training that is great for active seniors and beginners! This total body conditioning class spotlights the core muscles – including the abs, glutes & more! Using innovative body weight exercises, you’ll grow the muscles that make you strong, keep you safe, support your posture and balance, and prepare you for movements of everyday life!
This event will happen RAIN OR SHINE. An indoor location will be identified if needed due to weather.
