Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay led by Claudia Baeza!
Claudia is the owner of Pineapple Studios: Pineapple Yoga + Cycling located in downtown SRQ, and Pineapple Cycling + Mindful Movement opening soon in Lakewood Ranch. Her passion for service is at the heart of her practice, studio and life’s purpose. It is a deep sense of responsibility and gratitude to the community which inspires her to offer a wide range of yoga classes, serving a diverse clientele, from the body focused Vinyasa practitioner to the gentler breath based Hatha yogi.

Every Thursday evening, join an array of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for an hour of stretching and breath work. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a different instructor each week.
