Every Thursday evening, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis as they share their practice at The Bay. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
About Hillary Kallenberger
Hillary began her career as a trained dancer before falling in love with Yoga. She is a 500 E-RYT, and has been a Thai Yoga Practitioner and Intuitive Movement Specialist for over 20 years. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for people of all ages and backgrounds. She provides instruction at some of Sarasota’s premier studios including Get Bent Yoga Studio, Body Heat Yoga, and The Wellness Loft at Balance. Hillary holds certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, group fitness and empowerment coaching.
