Get moving outside! There will be fun for the whole family. Enjoy games for all ages, abilities, and experience levels such as ladder toss, three legged races, soccer, and much more! Plus! Nakos Tacos and Currywurst food trucks will be at The Bay!

Ride & Paddle ‘Round the Rookery: Family-Friendly Kayak Mangrove Exploration at The Kayak Launch: Enjoy a family-friendly paddle through The Bay’s mangroves (20-30 minute rides). First come, first serve – No registration required. 11am-1pm.

Tips for an enjoyable visit:

• The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL 34236.
• Bring a chair to ensure a comfortable seat.
• Free public parking is located along Blvd of Arts, Van Wezel way, in front of the Van Wezel, and in front of the Blue Pagoda (655 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota). Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas. Parking along Blvd of the Arts will be limited due to the Shade Structure construction in front of The Nest.
• Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
• Keep pets on a leash.
• Location changes or cancellations will be posted on Facebook, Eventbrite and on The Bay website approximately an hour before start time as the weather changes quickly.
• Help keep The Bay green by bringing your own reusable water bottle
• Wear good shoes and comfortable attire
• In the case of inclement weather, this event will move to be indoors-only at the Municipal Auditorium (801 N. Tamiami Trail)
