Enjoy an hour of free Pilates at The Bay led by instructor, Raina Brock.
Mat Pilates is a series of exercises performed on an exercise mat that focuses on building the core – while also promoting full-body strength, balance, and body awareness. Pilates can help relieve stress and pain, while also helping to improve overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Please bring an exercise mat and a bottle of water.
***Registrations for INDOOR sessions of Mat Pilates will be limited to 80 people, with walk-ups permitted if space is available.
Learning from the first two sessions informed this decision in an effort to ensure the best possible experience for all attending.
