Get into the flow and enjoy an hour of mindful yoga at The Bay led by Jessica DuBose!
Jessica has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and teaching for 3 years. She received her certification with Lululemon through their Yoga Leadership Teacher Training. Her focus is to guide all levels of yogis and empower them to move during their practice intuitively. Jessica has endured several injuries over the years and will guide necessary modifications. Outside of the traditional studio setting, Jessica often shares the gift of yoga in corporate America, at local community functions and with the next generation of yogis in high school.
The class follows a gentle Vinyasa Flow mixed with mindful alignment and ends with a restorative Yin to drop you into a deeper place of stillness. You can expect a dose of laughter, beautiful music, and encouragement as you explore your individual edge. Expect to energize your body and leave refreshed!
