Get into the flow and enjoy an hour of mindful yoga at The Bay led by Michelle Roy!
Michelle has been teaching yoga since 2001 and practicing massage therapy since 2007. She incorporates Reiki and aromatherapy into her practice as well, providing a compassionate, restorative experience. She studied anatomy and physiology extensively and specializes in yoga therapeutics and postural alignment. She used the influence of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine theory in her practice as well. Michelle has a special sensitivity for understanding energetic manifestations in the physical body and works with clients in partnership to meet their healing needs.
