Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay park led by Wendy Williams!
Wendy Williams is a RYT200 certified yoga instructor. She holds additional trainings and certifications with Schwinn Cycling, Holistic Flow Yoga (Yin Yoga), Kidding Around Yoga (including trauma informed yoga), and Mindful Movement for Parkinson’s. She also has extensive training with LoveYourBrain Yoga for traumatic brain injury as both a yoga teacher and Mindset Program Facilitator. As a traumatic brain injury survivor herself, she proudly teaches their in-person yoga program at Pineapple as well as their on-line Mindset program. Wendy is committed to providing each of her students with the space to have an inclusive, affirming and joyful yoga experience.

About Namaste at The Bay
Weekly, on Saturday mornings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for a morning of stretching and breath work from 9 am – 10 am at The Oval. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
