Namaste at The Bay with Yely Staley

Yely Staley, is a Venezuelan born American citizen, who speaks fluently in English and Spanish. Prior to becoming a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Retreat Leader, she was a Venezuelan Attorney with a law degree from the University of Illinois. After living in Chicago, Illinois for a few years, she moved to Silicon Valley, California, where she owned and operated a medium size yoga studio. With nearly two decades of experience in yoga and meditation, she is a bilingual and certified yoga and meditation teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. She holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Functional Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy and Flexologist, she continues to accumulate thousands of hours of teaching to hundreds of students. She now lives in Florida, and through Selfcare Coaching and hosting annual Yoga and Self Care Retreats at eco-luxurious locations in Latin America, she helps busy professionals prevent and overcome burnout, enabling them to reconnect with their inner passion and joy so they can live life to the fullest.

About Namaste at The Bay

Every Saturday morning, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis as they share their practice at The Bay. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.

This event will happen Rain or Shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
