Namaste at The Bay with Yely Staley

Yely Staley, is a Venezuelan born American citizen, who speaks fluently in English and Spanish. Prior to becoming a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Retreat Leader, she was a Venezuelan Attorney with a law degree from the University of Illinois. After living in Chicago, Illinois for a few years, she moved to Silicon Valley, California, where she owned and operated a medium size yoga studio. With nearly two decades of experience in yoga and meditation, she is a bilingual and certified yoga and meditation teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. She holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Functional Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy and Flexologist, she continues to accumulate thousands of hours of teaching to hundreds of students. She now lives in Florida, and through Selfcare Coaching and hosting annual Yoga and Selfcare Retreats at eco-luxurious locations in Latin America, she helps busy professionals prevent and overcome burnout, enabling them to reconnect with their inner passion and joy so they can live life to the fullest.

REGISTER

• Classes will be limited to 65 people, with registration closing 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Please register to ensure a spot.

• Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the class to check in with a Bay team member.

• Walk-ins (non-registered guests) will be permitted to enter prior to start based on space availability, or are welcome to use the outdoor garden terrace.
