Petra uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Buddhist Tingsha bells and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Petra is an RYT-500 yoga and meditation teacher and sound healer, channeling the power of kundalini yoga, sound baths and essential oils. Her classes include warm-ups with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy and short kundalini sequences, followed by meditation and healing sound baths using her gong and crystal bowls.
