About Trevor Bystrom

Trevor Bystrom is known for his multicultural sound, which blends elements from many genres, including world, rock, reggae, Latin, and blues. He and his band create world melodies and afro rhythms using many unique instruments from a wide range of cultures, including flute, violin, didgeridoo, ngoni, Weissenborn slide guitar, and world percussion.

Tips for an enjoyable visit:

• The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, FL 34236.

• Bring a chair to ensure a comfortable seat.

• Free public parking is located along Blvd of Arts, Van Wezel way, in front of the Van Wezel, and in front of the Blue Pagoda (655 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota). Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas. Parking along Blvd of the Arts will be limited due to the Shade Structure construction in front of The Nest.

• Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.

• Keep pets on a leash.
• In the case of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
