Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay park led by Petra Ratner!

Petra will lead an empowering morning session of kundalini fusion yoga. Her classes include warm-ups with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy, short kundalini sequences which are followed by meditation and healing sound baths using her gong and crystal bowls. Most of kundalini yoga is done sitting down in a comfortable pose, no experience is necessary.

Petra is an RYT-500 yoga and meditation teacher and sound healer, channeling the power of kundalini yoga, sound baths and essential oils. Her classes include warm-ups with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy and short kundalini sequences, followed by meditation and healing sound baths using her gong and crystal bowls.
