Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay park led by PJ Dietrich!
PJ has been a yoga and fitness instructor for over 8 years. He received his 200 hour RYT yoga certificate in Hawaii through Core Power Yoga. Since then, he’s focused on gentle, restorative, power, and yoga with weights for higher intensity levels. PJ looks forward to sharing his knowledge and passion with The Bay’s park goers!

Weekly, on Thursday evenings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for an hour of stretching and breath work at sunset. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
