Start your day with a sunrise walk or run alongside friends, family, group or club mates and others.
There’s no better way to start the day than to meet up with your group or join up with friends, family, walking or running club and others at The Bay as your starting (and/or ending) point for your morning walk or run. You/ your group identifies your route – take on the Ringling Bridge or get inspired by these suggested nearby neighborhood routes. Walkers and runners come and go as you please.

“Healthy Hour” discounts on Hot Kahwa Coffee, Nitro Cold Brew and tasty food will be available for purchase at The Nest Concession to fuel you before or after you finish. Just think about how great you’ll feel!
Registration is encouraged and appreciated, but not required – morning-of walk ups are welcome. Sunrise at 7:33am.
