The Y: Bootcamp
Tuesdays & Saturdays
This 45–minute workout uses body-weight exercises and intervals to improve your strength and conditioning! Well–designed circuits help build muscle strength, reduce body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, while maximizing calorie burn. Be prepared for push-ups and planks! You’ll love how you feel after one of these workouts.
Modifications enable those of any fitness level or physical limitation to get the most out of this workout.
Please bring a mat or towel, and a water bottle for hydration.
*During September, Bootcamp will be located:
- Tuesdays – Bayfront Community Center (803 N Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, 34236)
- Saturdays – The Nest (1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota 34236)
