The Bay Park Launches Founding Business Partners Program
This initiative provides the business community a chance to be a part of building a park for all
The Bay Park Conservancy (BPC) is excited to announce its Founding Business Partners Program and invites area businesses to support the creation of a world-class park by becoming a Founding Business Partner.
With this program, The Bay Park aims to create a catalyst fund to spearhead activation and programming in the park – ensuring that The Bay and its programs continue to be open, accessible, free and welcoming to all. By donating $2500, businesses can become Founding Business Partners, thus strengthening the community in which their staff and customers live, work and play.
The Bay is approaching its goal of enlisting 100 Founding Business Partners by the end of the year, collectively raising $250,000 to develop free programs and activities for the greater area. The Bay is inviting business owners to support this effort. To date, The Bay Park initiative has been funded primarily by private sources, including major foundations, family foundations, individual philanthropists, city and county government, and hundreds of future visitors who believe in the value of The Bay.
